Does TSGS have a regular store?

No. We sell online, direct to students and on special events including some markets.

Is it possible to speak with a real person before buying anything?

Ofcourse. You can call us anytime during business hours. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm. Saturday 9 am to 1 pm. Sunday we will check our message, but are mostly not reachable.

Does TSGS give any warranties or guarantees for the products sold?

No and yes. We do not give any for the products we sell for third parties or which are made by third parties. We do, however, give some for products we produce ourselfs. In most cases we post the manufacturer warrenty right in the offer.

How long does it take to get the item I bought?

In general we ship 2 times a week. An average of 3 days after purchase is needed to get the shipment out. That applies from the time we received your payment. So if you send us a M.O., you will need to add the time your mail is on the way. Fastest is always paypal. We ship most of our items with USPS. Usually they are at the customers doorstep within 3 to 7 days. There is a few items we have the producing company dropship the order. We can not exactly tell you how long the timeframe will be. We were told that it takes the same timeframe after they received payment. We always notify our customers about the status of the shipment. International shipping takes longer.

Can I return an item?

All our sales are final. If there is something wrong with the item itself, you can speak to the maker of the product. In some instances, if the item is not what you thought it is, we will give a refund. You will however, have to pay the shipment to us first before you get that. Returned items will only be accepted if they are not damaged or used. Original packaging is a must.

What if I buy something through the partner links?

Those links are pure affiliate links. That means, you are dealing directly with our partner. TSGS does not take any responsibility for claims made on their websites neither do we give any guarantees for any item bought through thirdparty sites. We are not responsible for the content of those sites.

Can I sell my product through your site?

Yes. If you are the licensed producer or maker of a product, you can contact us with all the info we need to sell the prodcut and we will make an agreement.

Do take sales rep agreements ?

Yes. We consider any sales rep position in Florida. Just write us or call us.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

No. Only if you are a Florida resident you need to add 6.5 % sales tax. In some offers, this is included.

How about international shipping?

No problem. We do that for you. However, you need to contact us first and tell us where you located. Also we do not take any actions in regards to customs in your country. You are responsible for that. In addition, shipping costs may be different to different countries. Insurance is required for all items shipped internationally. The insurance depends on the overall value of the order.
